La Conner WA is a quaint town in Skagit County with a welcoming community of residents.  A wonderful weekend getaway destination or a peaceful place to call home. The population of La Conner, WA is less than 1,000 so there are not many homes in La Conner.  Shelter Bay is a community with a La Conner mailing address but is actually located on Fidalgo Island, as is Anacortes.  Shelter Bay is a community with a marina, par 3 golf course, tennis courts, swimming pools, and private beaches.  

Although best known for the Tulip Festival, La Conner has much more to offer.  The downtown core has many wonderful specialty boutiques, antique stores, and wonderful restaurants. The Museum of Northwest Art (also referred to as MoNA) is an art museum located in downtown La Conner, Washington.
